July Quilt UFO Number
In June, my quilt UFO project was to finish a flannel frayed edge lap quilt. At first, I thought it would be challenging to fit it in. My summer schedule is absolutely ridiculous, but even with a half hour here and there, I was able to get the quilt finished. I have a new one on my machine now that I need to finish before I can complete this month’s Buster. I was getting greedy for finishing projects, which would put me behind for July.
July’s Quilt UFO Number
July’s number is 6! What is your project #6? My quilt UFO is another quilt that needs to be quilted – time to get myself in gear and finish the one on the machine!
Bargello – Holiday Colors
I am so excited to finish this one. It is done in holiday colors. I remember when I was asked to teach this class. It made me pause and wonder if I could handle this pattern. The first step when I get ready to teach a class is to go through the process slowly. I make all sorts of notes, tips, and tricks. My goal is for a new quilter to be able to handle whatever pattern I teach.
What is your July project?
I would love to hear about what you are working on. It helps to keep me motivated. Once in a while, I end up adding another pattern to my to-do list. Actually, I often add another pattern to my to-do list. Different patterns and color combinations spark my creativity.

I would love to hear about the project you want to work on this month. Take a minute to join the Facebook page. Share what you are working on in April. Feel free to share your January, February, and March projects too. Let us be a support system for finishing projects. If you put a project down because you ran into issues, share it with the group. I am sure a solution to the problem can be found.
Feel free to comment below or share on my Facebook page. I will do an update post throughout the month to share my progress.
Until next time.
