2023 Completed UFOs – Quilts in Review
This year has been quite a year for Quilt UFO completion. I was barely hanging on at the end of the summer into the early fall to meet the challenge each month. Somehow I managed to pull it through and finish each project I selected, along with several others. I also added about six more quilts to the list for machine quilting and almost as many to my list of “want to do” quilts. This Quilts in Review helps to celebrate the progress made. It is good to look back and see forward progress.
Quilt UFO Challenge
As the year comes to an end, I contemplate how I want to do the challenge for 2024. Do you have a big project or a complicated project? Even though I will probably still assign a project to finish each month, I have two large paper-piecing projects to finish. Thinking to myself that I may be able to divide them down into installments each month, I could have two finished paper-piecing projects by the end of 2024.
Finished Quilts for 2023
I am including a slide show of the finished projects for 2023. It is good to step back and review what I have accomplished this year. The surprising part is the number of projects. There are a couple more that I need to add to the slideshow, but first, I have to find the photos I took before gifting them.
